* WHEN…From 5 AM to 8 PM PST Sunday.
* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult over Sierra passes. Very
strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power
lines. Small boats, kayaks and paddle boards will be prone to
capsizing and should remain off lake waters until conditions
improve.
