* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Portions of western Kentucky, including the following
counties, Calloway, Fulton, Graves and Hickman and southeast
Missouri, including the following counties, Mississippi and New
Madrid.

* WHEN…Until 300 AM CST.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1032 PM CST, Around 1.5 inches of rain has fallen since 6
pm in the advisory area. The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet
reports high water impacting parts of Highway 94 in Fulton
County. Low-lying and poor drainage areas will likely
experience minor flooding through the next several hours.

Murray, Mayfield, Portageville, East Prairie, New Madrid,
Fulton, Hickman, Clinton, Lilbourn, Towosahgy State Historic
Site, Big Oak Tree State Park, Hunter-Dawson State Historic
