High Wind Watch issued December 29 at 10:39AM MST until December 30 at 2:00PM MST by NWS Pueblo CO

* WHAT…Northwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 70 mph
possible.

* WHERE…Teller County and the Rampart Range including Pikes Peak,
and El Paso County.

* WHEN…From late tonight through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The strongest gusts are expected between the
leeward side of the Ramparts and I-25 corridor, though strong
gusts spreading across eastern El Paso County will be possible
Monday morning.
