* WHAT…Northwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
possible.

* WHERE…Briggsdale, Greeley, Fort Morgan, Sterling, and the
northeast plains of Colorado.

* WHEN…Monday morning through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
power outages may result. Blowing dust will reduce visibility to
less than a quarter mile in places. Strong winds may locally fuel
rapid wildfire growth in the driest areas.
