Straits of Florida beyond 20 nm offshore. Mariners in this area will
encounter wind gusts of 30 to 35 knots, blinding downpours, rough and
confused seas, and frequent lightning strikes. Stay low or go below,
and make sure all on board are wearing life jackets.
