Locally dense fog across the higher terrain of Carbon and Monroe
Counties is reducing visibilities down to 1/4 mile or less. This
includes areas such as portions of I-80, I-380, and I-476/PA
Turnpike Northeast Extension.
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you. Prepare for rapidly changing conditions and
areas of poor visibility.
Conditions are expected to improve by late afternoon to early
evening as winds increase, allowing the fog to dissipate.
