* WHERE…Portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, southwest
Virginia, and central, northeast, northern, southeast, southern,
and western West Virginia.

* WHEN…Until 10 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
