Winter Storm Warning issued December 29 at 9:44AM PST until December 30 at 4:00PM PST by NWS Spokane WA

* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 7 and
18 inches in the mountains above 3000 feet. Additionally, Below
3000 feet lighter snow is expected overnight into Monday, with 2
to 6 inches of accumulation.

* WHERE…Fourth Of July Pass, Pinehurst, Wallace, Dobson Pass,
Kellogg, Mullan, Osburn, St. Maries, Fernwood, and Lookout Pass.

* WHEN…Until 4 PM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Sunday into Monday, travel could be very difficult from
moderate to heavy snow. Through this evening, winter travel
conditions expected over the mountain passes. Overnight into
Monday winter travel conditions over the region as rain changes to
snow in the valleys.
