Winter Weather Advisory issued December 29 at 12:59PM MST until December 31 at 5:00AM MST by NWS Cheyenne WY

* WHAT…Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 8
inches. Winds gusting as high as 70 mph, leading to areas of
blowing snow and drastically reduced visibilities.

* WHERE…Ferris/Seminoe/Shirley Mountains and North Laramie Range.

* WHEN…From 11 PM this evening to 5 AM MST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Outdoor recreation could become dangerous to those
caught unprepared for hazardous winter conditions. Hunters,
hikers, and snowmobilers may become disoriented and lost due to
low visibility in falling and blowing snow.
