* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:45 AM CST Monday the stage was 23.2 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early tomorrow afternoon and continue rising to 24.4 feet
Wednesday evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
