* WHERE…Central Highlands, Guadalupe County, and Northeast
Highlands.

* WHEN…From 10 AM to 5 PM MST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles, including portions of I-25 and I-40.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Blowing dust may cause pockets of reduced
visibility Monday afternoon.
