mph expected.

* WHERE…Central Highlands, Guadalupe County, and Northeast
Highlands.

* WHEN…Until 5 PM MST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles, including portions of I-25
and I-40.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Blowing dust may cause pockets of reduced
visibility this afternoon.
