Highlands, and Johnson and Bartlett Mesas Including Raton Pass.
* WHEN…For the High Wind Warning, until 6 AM MST Monday. For the
Wind Advisory, from 6 AM to 3 PM MST Monday.
* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles. Gusty winds will blow around
unsecured objects. Tree limbs may be blown down. Expect strong
crosswinds on area roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Mountain wave activity will bring a high risk
of stray and erratic high wind gusts of 55 to 60 mph to areas
along and east of the Sangre de Cristo Mts including the I-25
corridor from Wagon Mound to Raton Pass tonight.
