expected.

* WHERE…Eastern Lincoln County and De Baca County.

* WHEN…From 10 AM to 5 PM MST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways.
