* WHERE…Eastern Lincoln County, Curry County, De Baca County, Quay
County, and Roosevelt County.

* WHEN…Until 5 PM MST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area
roadways, including portions of I-40.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Blowing dust may reduce visibility below one
mile in dust prone areas.
