* WHERE…Madison, Northern Oneida, Onondaga, Southern Cayuga, and
Southern Oneida Counties.

* WHEN…From Wednesday afternoon through Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and
Thursday morning commutes.
