* IMPACTS…Multiple days of heavy snow combined with strong winds
have created widespread areas of unstable snow. Both human-
triggered and natural avalanches are likely. What to do: avoid
all avalanche terrain. Stay off and out from under slopes
steeper than 30 degrees. Carry avalanche rescue equipment and
know how to use it. Find safer riding conditions on slopes less
than 30 degrees with no overhead hazards.
