over 2 feet will be possible in portions Northern Oneida, Onondaga
and Madison County. In southern Cayuga County, localized snow
accumulations of 6 to 12 inches will be possible. Winds gusting as
high as 45 mph.

* WHERE…Madison, Northern Oneida, Onondaga, Southern Cayuga, and
Southern Oneida Counties.

* WHEN…From 1 PM Wednesday to 4 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and
Thursday morning commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree
branches.
