reefs of Marianas.
* WHEN…For the High Surf Advisory, until 4 AM ChST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS…Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized
beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away
from shore into deeper water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Data from Ritidian buoy and surf observations
showed surf has reached hazardous conditions for north facing
reefs. Seas are expected to fall 1 to 2 feet tonight, with surf
expected to fall below hazardous levels late tonight.
