A quick-moving low pressure system continues to move through the
Ohio Valley this afternoon. This will bring wind gusts from the southwest
at 25 to 35 mph. Localized gusts approaching 40 mph are possible. Winds
of this magnitude could knock down branches, potentially leading
to isolated power outages. Any loose objects or decorations could
also be blown around.
