Isolated gusts to 55 mph possible late Wednesday afternoon through
Wednesday evening and again during the day Thursday.

* WHERE…Portions of southern Connecticut, northeast New Jersey,
and southeast New York.

* WHEN…From 3 PM Wednesday to 10 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Strong winds will blow down scattered tree limbs. A few
trees and power lines could be downed, with power outages
possible. Unsecured objects and decorations will be blown around
and/or damaged.
