Winter Storm Warning issued December 31 at 12:53PM EST until January 2 at 4:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA

* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and
9 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE…Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker, and Western Tucker
Counties.

* WHEN…From 1 AM Wednesday to 4 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult.
The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and
evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
