Winter Storm Warning issued December 31 at 3:31PM EST until January 3 at 7:00AM EST by NWS Burlington VT

* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and
12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE…Northern Franklin, Southeastern St. Lawrence, Southern
Franklin, and Western Clinton Counties.

* WHEN…From 1 AM Wednesday to 7 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may
down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Travel
could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the
Wednesday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring
down tree branches.
