Winter Weather Advisory issued December 31 at 3:04PM EST until January 1 at 9:00AM EST by NWS Gray ME

* WHAT…Wet snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to three
inches.

* WHERE…In Maine, Southern Oxford County. In New Hampshire,
Northern Carroll, Northern Grafton, Southern Carroll, and Southern
Grafton Counties.

* WHEN…From 3 AM to 9 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…The potential exists for snowbands that will bring brief
periods of locally heavy snow rates, which will lead to rapid snow
accumulations and dangerous travel conditions. Snow will change
over to rain causing a period of slushy roads that will lead to
extremely slick conditions. Plan on delaying travel to allow time
for road conditions to improve. The hazardous conditions could
impact the Wednesday morning commute.
