* WHAT…Lake effect snow. Snow accumulations between 2 and 6
inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE…Cortland and Southern Cayuga Counties.

* WHEN…Until 1 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning
commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…For Southern Cayuga county, most of the snow
accumulation will take place across the northern and eastern
portions of the county.
