* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 28 below expected.

* WHERE…Central and Southern Valley, Daniels, Eastern Roosevelt,
Northern Valley, and Western Roosevelt Counties.

* WHEN…From 11 PM this evening to noon MST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
