…The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana…

East Fork White River at Seymour.

White River at Elliston, Edwardsport and Petersburg.

Wabash River at Lafayette and Montezuma.

.Recent heavy rainfall has led to minor flooding along portions of
the East Fork, White, and Wabash rivers. River levels are expected
to fall below flood stage by early next week.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…White River at Petersburg.

* WHEN…From late Friday night to late Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS…At 16.0 feet, Flooding affects agricultural lands.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 10:45 AM EST Thursday /9:45 AM CST Thursday/ the stage was
15.1 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early Saturday morning to a crest of 16.5 feet early Saturday
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Sunday
morning.
– Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
