.A large northwest swell (310-320 degrees) will build and peak at
advisory levels later today along exposed north and west facing
shores.

* WHAT…Large breaking waves of 10 to 18 feet along exposed north
facing shores, with 8 to 14 feet along exposed west facing
shores.

* WHERE…North and west facing shores of Niihau, Kauai, Oahu,
Molokai, and north facing shores of Maui.

* WHEN…Until 6 AM HST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Moderate. Strong breaking waves and strong currents
will make swimming dangerous.
