of southern and eastern Erie County and northern Crawford County.
Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will produce blowing snow at times.

to deep snow cover on roads and poor visibility. The hazardous
conditions may impact the morning and evening commutes on Thursday

concentrated in Erie County Thursday afternoon and night before
