40 MPH which can rapidly reduce visibility to less than a quarter of
a mile.
LOCATION AND MOVEMENT…At 128 PM EST, a lake effect snow band was
along a line extending from Glenville to near East Windsor and moving
east at 10 MPH.
THIS LAKE EFFECT SNOW BAND WILL BE NEAR…
Schenectady, Troy, Clifton Park, Cohoes, Watervliet, Scotia,
Latham, Glenville, Niskayuna, and Adams around 135 PM EST.
This includes the following highways…
Interstate 90 between exits 25 and 26.
Interstate 890 between exits 1a and 9.
Interstate 87 between exits 4 and 7, and between exits 8A and 11.
Interstate 787 between exits 5 and 9.
