MPH which can rapidly reduce visibility to less than one mile.
LOCATION AND MOVEMENT…At 355 PM EST, a lake effect snow band was
along a line extending from near Broadalbin to near Pownal. The lake
effect snow band was nearly stationary.
LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE…
Saratoga Springs, Mechanicville, Hoosick Falls, Ballston Spa,
Grafton, Round Lake, Galway, Burnt Hills, Rock City Falls, Country
Knolls, North Ballston Spa, Halfmoon, Malta, Greenfield, Hoosick,
Lee, Pittstown, Charlton, Easton, and Stillwater.
This includes Interstate 87 between exits 9 and 13N.
