feet. Winds 30 to 35 mph Thursday afternoon.

* WHERE…Central Piscataquis, Northwest Aroostook, Northern
Piscataquis, and Northern Somerset Counties.

* WHEN…Until 3 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute.
