The Flood Advisory will expire at 1145 AM PST this morning for a
portion of northwest California, including the following area,
Humboldt.

The heavy rain has ended. Flood waters have receded. Urban area and
small stream flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please
continue to heed remaining road closures.
