Winter Storm Warning issued January 3 at 11:52AM CST until January 5 at 6:00PM CST by NWS Goodland KS

* WHAT…Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations
between 5 and 11 inches and a light glaze of ice accumulation.
North winds at 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* WHERE…Graham and Norton Counties.

* WHEN…From noon Saturday to 6 PM CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Dangerous travel conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Precipitation may begin as light freezing
rain or sleet Saturday afternoon. Precipitation will transition
to snow Saturday evening. Heavy snow and blowing snow are expected
late Saturday night and Sunday morning. Snow will end from west to
east Sunday afternoon. Wind chill temperatures as low as 10 to 15
degrees below zero are expected Sunday morning.
