the Winter Storm Watch, from Sunday morning through Monday evening.
* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult.
The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening and
Monday morning commutes. Whiteout conditions are expected and
will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening.
