* WHAT…Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow
accumulations of 1 to 3 inches and ice accumulations up to four
tenths of an inch possible.

* WHERE…Portions of southwest and west central Virginia and
southeast West Virginia.

* WHEN…From Sunday morning through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS…Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the
ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
