Winter Weather Advisory issued January 3 at 1:51PM PST until January 4 at 10:00AM PST by NWS Spokane WA

* WHAT…Snow expected for elevations above 4000 feet this afternoon
with rain changing to snow in the valleys tonight. Additional snow
accumulations between 4 and 8 inches above 4000 feet. Total snow
accumulations of 1 to 3 inches in the valleys.

* WHERE…Fernwood, Lookout Pass, Mullan, Wallace, St. Maries,
Dobson Pass, Pinehurst, Osburn, Fourth Of July Pass, and Kellogg.

* WHEN…Until 10 AM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be difficult. The conditions could impact
the Friday evening commute.
