inches.

* WHERE…Portions of southeast Ohio and central, northern,
southeast, and southern West Virginia.

* WHEN…Until 10 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
