Flood Watch issued January 4 at 2:17PM PST until January 5 at 4:00PM PST by NWS Seattle WA

A weather system will continue to bring steadier rainfall through
tonight across the Olympic Peninsula. Total rainfall accumulations
of 1 to 2 inches are expected within 24 hours. Rises on area rivers
are expected to continue as a result of this precipitation, with the
Skokomish River near Potlach potentially rising above flood stage
early Sunday morning.

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE…A portion of northwest Washington, including the following
county, Mason.

* WHEN…From 7 PM PST this evening through Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2 Meteorological Summary: Warm and dry conditions can be expected to persist across the Sunshine State today as high pressure over the western Atlantic holds in place (near-zero chance of rain). * WHAT...Expect sustained winds up to 23 knots from the southwest with gusts up to 33 knots. The largest significant waves will be 4 feet with a potential maximum wave height of 5 feet. * WHERE...Outer Saginaw Bay SW of Alabaster to Port Austin MI to Inner Saginaw Bay and Inner Saginaw Bay SW of Point Au Gres to Bay Port MI. * WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 7 PM EDT Monday with the largest waves expected around 11 AM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
