40 to 45 mph.

* WHERE…Black Mesa Area, Little Colorado River Valley in Navajo
County, and the White Mountains.

* WHEN…From 11 AM this morning to 5 PM MST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Travel
may be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
