Winter Storm Warning issued January 4 at 2:00PM CST until January 6 at 6:00AM CST by NWS Springfield MO

* WHAT…Heavy mixed precipitation. Total snow and sleet
accumulations between 1 and 3 inches and ice accumulations up to
one half of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. A flash
freeze is possible Sunday afternoon and evening as temperatures
fall rapidly.

* WHERE…In Kansas, Bourbon County. In Missouri, Cedar, St. Clair,
and Vernon Counties.

* WHEN…Until 6 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous.
