* WHAT…Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow
accumulations between 9 and 14 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35
mph.

* WHERE…Portions of west central Illinois and northeast Missouri.

* WHEN…From 10 PM this evening to 6 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow. Travel could be nearly impossible and is discouraged.
