* WHAT…Blowing snow. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. Blowing
snow will reduce visibility to 1/2 mile or less at times.

* WHERE…Eagle Summit.

* WHEN…Until 9 PM AKST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 55
below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little
as 5 minutes.
