* WHERE…Portions of east central, eastern, south central, and
southeast Virginia.

* WHEN…From 4 PM Sunday to 7 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
