Snow continues to end from north to south as winds taper this
evening.

* WHAT…Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations up to
two inches.

* WHERE…Pawnee and Richardson Counties.

* WHEN…Until 6 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing
snow will significantly reduce visibility.
