* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 5 to 10 below expected.

* WHERE…Portions of southeast Kansas and southwest and west
central Missouri. Coldest wind chills will be along the
west-central Missouri and Kansas border.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to 10 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Very cold
temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
