* WHAT…For the Dense Fog Advisory, visibility one quarter mile or
less in dense fog. For the Wind Advisory, north winds 25 to 35 mph
with gusts up to 55 mph expected.

* WHERE…Ellis, Harper, Woods, and Woodward Counties.

* WHEN…For the Dense Fog Advisory, until midnight CST tonight. For
the Wind Advisory, from 3 AM to 6 PM CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Low
visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
