Strongest winds focused from Lake Mohave to Needles.

* WHERE…Lake Mead National Recreation Area, Lake Havasu and Fort
Mohave, and San Bernardino County-Upper Colorado River Valley.

* WHEN…From early Tuesday morning through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles. Boating is not advised due
to large waves and risk of capsized small craft.
