* WHAT…North to northeast winds 25 to 40 mph with gusts up to 30
mph possible.

* WHERE…Los Angeles County Beaches, Los Angeles County Inland
Coast including Downtown Los Angeles, and Palos Verdes Hills.

* WHEN…From Tuesday morning through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The highest chances of strong and damaging
winds are the Palos Verdes area, the Hollywood Hills and Beverly
Hills and areas adjacent to the Sepulveda Pass.
