accumulations between 6 and 11 inches and ice accumulations up to
half of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN…From noon Sunday to 6 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could
impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
